Please note the following terms and conditions for lessons:

1. We do not refund or reschedule missed lessons.
2. One term's written notice is required to terminate lessons.
3. Your lesson time remains the same for the entire academic year.
4. If your teacher is not available, we will use a supply teacher from our team of DBS-checked teachers.
